Allstate Insurance Co. said it plans to appoint 28 new agency owners in Arizona this year and will offer payments to people referring qualified candidates. The expansion effort is expected to create at least 60 jobs, including support staff.
The company is looking for people with sales, customer-service and management experience to operate agencies across the state, specifically in the Phoenix and Tucson areas. To help with recruiting, Allstate is offering $6,000 to people who refer a qualified candidate. The award is payable upon the appointment of the candidate as an Allstate agency owner.
