How to Wear a Puffer Vest and Still Look Polished

I'd be lying if I said this post wasn't inspired by personal experience. I recently acquired a red puffer vest and had absolutely no clue how to wear it. In searching for some outfit inspiration, here's what I found:

1. Wear it with a button-down: Lindsey Calla, of the blog Saucy Glossie, paired her puffer with a white blouse, bandage skirt and ankle boots. The shirt adds a corporate touch to her functional piece while the skirt provides a sleek contrast.

2. Add accessories that have a bit of flair: Black cat eye sunglasses and cutout ankle boots tie this lady's look together. An orange cross-body bag and cool gloves elevate the overall look.

3. Belt it: This editor layered hers over a long sleeve shirt, short sleeve sweater and then belted her tops to define her waist line. By doing so, she avoids looking like the Michelin Man.
