Bon Appétit's Take on Cauliflower

Cauliflower's all the rage, and Bon Appetit's got a tasty version: Parmesan-Roasted Cauliflower. As a young child, I loved cauliflower and disliked broccoli, and then it was reversed as a young adult. And as of late, I've been rediscovering cauliflower. But honestly, it's kind of hard to dislike anything cooked with garlic, fresh herbs (thyme and rosemary), and cheese. What's your favorite way to enjoy cauliflower? (Photo: Danny Kim)
