Some of the most searched food terms related to the Super Bowl are obvious, such as guacamole, avocado, chicken wings, buffalo chicken wings, spinach dip, and chili. But, some aren't, including the highly searched term right now, salad recipes. Who is serving salads at their Super Bowl party? Even I don't do that and I am Ms. Salad 364 days of the year. Potato salad, chicken salad, pasta salad, Greek salad, egg salad, tuna salad, they are all trending right now. Here's what I am making, to feed a large crowd, including five 14-year-old boys, and following it are some healthy salads, for those of you who are being so virtuous. What's on your Super Bowl Menu?
