Quick and Easy Smoked Salmon Dip

A bowl salmon dip is guaranteed to be devoured on Superbowl Sunday.  This simple appetizer is made from a combination of smoked salmon, cream cheese and additional flavorings.   Remember, your dip will only be as good as the smoked salmon in it. There are only a few ingredients in this recipe so focus on purchasing quality products.  Serve this smoked salmon dip with thin slices of pumpernickel bread and multi-grain crackers.

Smoked Salmon Dip

Ingredients:

3/4 pound smoked whitefish or salmon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon onion, grated

Directions:

Mix ingredients well. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers or chips.
