DIY Thai Panang Curry Paste

Thai curry paste is one spice blend every cook should have in their pantry.  This DIY recipe from Gagabber uses dried chiles, ground peanuts, and ginger among other flavorings. The vibrant flavor and intensity of homemade curry paste do not compare to the store bought version.
