Phoenix-based trucking company Knight Transportation Inc. improved its fourth-quarter profit, and officials said they are confident 2013 will bring a stronger economy that allows the company to grow.
"We continue to buy trucks and buy trailers, and invest in growth," CEO Kevin Knight said during a conference call with investors Wednesday. "But we really haven't had the economic environment to take full advantage of that."
