Mets' Marcum feels healthy, has itch to pitch

Shaun Marcum knows it?s unlikely that just one pitcher can allow the Mets to recoup what they lost when they dealt R.A. Dickey to Toronto this winter. Dickey did win the National League Cy Young Award, after all. But, Marcum says, a whole rotation can combine to replace what the knuckleballer gave the Mets in a remarkable season. And, Marcum adds, he feels healthy enough to do his part.
