Urbanspoon, the leading restaurant discovery application and reservation management system, has unveiled a list of America's favorite gluten-free restaurants.  The restaurants that populate the list were evaluated using several measures includinguser reviews, blog posts, critic reviews, page views, votes, and mentions of their gluten-free (GF) friendliness.  Over the have of the list consists of Italian-American restaurants which serve up gluten-free pizza, breadsticks and pasta.  Also, most of the gluten-fee eateries had cheap or moderately priced menu items.  To view the full list, click here.
