(ARS), a wholly owned subsidiary of EvCarCo, had a successful re-launch of their brand under new management at the 38^th annual Houston Fishing Show. Armed with new attitudes, backed with new technology and engineering, and supported by experience, the ARS team was able to promote and sell 30% more equipment than what was sold during the same show last year. This was primarily due to the introduction of new product, and the re-introduction of the historically popular model line "Trout Master Lite."  This acceptance by the industry solidifies the decision of the Company to acquire ARS.
