A couple nights ago, Diane Kruger flashed some sexy side boob in a fall 2013 Thakoon dress (fresh off the runway!), while longtime boyfriend Joshua Jackson was looking pretty comfy in his jeans.
And a look through quite a few pics of the two make me think that biz cazh dressing at events is just Joshua's thing. I love these "stars are just like us scenarios"—the girlfriend gets decked out and boyfriend just wants to be comfy. Sounds familiar? Let's take a look at how Diane and her bf hit the town.
So technically, Diane is Josh's date to the celebration of Fringe's 100th episode. But all eyes are on her, looking hot in Altuzarra, while the star of the show wore a denim button down and a tweedy professor coat. He looks pretty happy to have her in the spotlight though.
At a movie screening party, Diane went all out in a smokin' Azzedine Alaïa gown. Yes, Joshua gets points for putting a suit on, but looks like he forgot to throw on a button-down shirt over his Hanes. Seriously Pacey, a v-neck?
Of course, the red carpet risk-taker is a front row regular at Chanel Haute-Couture shows in Paris. I'm loving this French cinema thing she has going on, but Joshua is kind of dressed for casual Fridays at Goldman Sachs—and where are his socks?
Here they are at the same show the year before. Diane's wearing a gorge asymmetrical dress while her date is in ... cords. It's as if she's whispering, "Honey, I thought you were wearing the peak lapel suit."
At Cannes, Diane wore an beautifully beaded two-toned Jenny Packham gown and Josh did bust out a sort of tux. Only he without tie. The two really are sweet though, aren't they? Why mess with a good thing.
