Q During negotiations in our divorce, my husband wants the company he built up. I agree. I don?t know how to run it and he can make the money needed to pay me alimony. We?ll also ≠divide the stocks, bank accounts, etc.
Then I?ll end up with the marital home, which I?ll live in. I?ll also keep and rent out a house on Cape Cod and units in an apartment building.
My husband wants a right of first refusal so he can buy any of the real estate I want to sell later on. My lawyer says I should agree.
