Raytheon to merge 2 units, cut 200 jobs

Raytheon Co. plans to consolidate two of its business units in a move that would eliminate an estimated 200 jobs across its global employee base, the company said Monday. The consolidation is expected to result in cost-savings of about $85 million, it said in a news release.
