Arizona unemployment rate dips in Feb.

Arizona's unemployment rate fell to 7.9 percent in February, a drop of one-tenth of a point as public education added jobs. The unemployment rate was 8 percent in January. For months, the state's unemployment rate has hovered around the 8 percent mark, reflecting the slow economic recovery. Nationally, the unemployment rate was 7.7 percent in February.
