'D'Lish Deviled Eggs'

The Easter bunny brings so many hard-boiled eggs this time of year that there's really only one thing to do with all that bounty, devil 'em. Kathy Casey's latest book, D'Lish Deviled Eggs: A Collection of Recipes from Creative to Classic, has dozens of new ways to transform those hard-cooked eggs into bite-size delights. There are old favorites, like Picnic-Style Deviled Eggs (where the the yolks are mashed with mustard, mayo, and sweet pickle relish), and really inventive ones such as her Chilaquile Deviled Eggs with a filling that has tortillas, salsa verde, and sprinkling of pepper Jack cheese.
