Blackburn in world-running shape, according to Fitness Magazine

More and Fitness Magazines included a female politician on their "Women Run the World" list of "10 high-powered women who are making a difference in the world" this year, and it's not the first lady, minority leader, or former secretary of state.

Rep. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., is honored for "making Tennessee and America a better, more prosperous, and freer place," a task that likely requires her to stay in good shape.

"Whether it's 30 minutes on the treadmill before anyone wakes up in the morning or lifting weights with water bottles in your hotel room, you're better able to serve your family and your community when you commit to your fitness," she told Yeas & Nays in a statement.

"Checking off lists, keeping families on track, and creating successful companies mean women are always on the run," she added.
