Beechcraft Introduces The 'Hello Kitty' T-34 Mentor

Pentagon Commissions The Model In Hopes Of Attracting Younger Female Aviators ANN April 1 Special Coverage Beechcraft today announced that it would be re-releasing the T-34 on the 65th anniversary of the first flight with a special edition "Hello Kitty" model, the T-34HK. "We wanted to appeal to the younger, female aviators", said Beechcraft spokesman Stan Down. "Our market research shows that younger female flyers prefer an airplane with a softer side."
