We'll admit, sometimes traveling throws off your fitness routine, but you gotta do what you gotta do. With summer right around the corner, you need to start planning for that hot beach bod (we know you abandoned your New Year's Resolutions around Valentine's Day, don't lie).
So we've compiled this short-but-sweet series from our very own writer who is a trainer and all-around fitness buff. He's here to show you you can fit in a mini-workout in any hotel room in any city.
