My Friday morning just became a little brighter after viewing the trailer for Scatter my Ashes at Bergdorf's, a fun new fashion film about the legendary 112-year-old New York City specialty retailer. It includes interviews with longtime shoppers and designers that have their clothes in Bergdorf's. "I don't think you could find one designer that wouldn't say, it's not part of my dream to be at Bergdorf's," said Rachel Zoe. "If you're clothes are not at that place, there is no future, you have no future, sorry," said Isaac Mizrahi. Check out the trailer!
To give you a sense of its popularity--a million and a half pairs of eyes check out the windows at Bergdorf's on Fifth Avenue each week. "It's just one of those things you fantasize about," said Diane von Furstenberg. Michael Kors added, "The reality is Bergdorf's has the most discerning clientele in the world."
It's been a busy fashion film year so far but for the star power and sheer number of designers who contributed to this film, this might be the best of the bunch.
