Heart attack survivor celebrates 10 years, thanks MTA, defibrillator

Richard Kossmann returned last week to the scene of his death. Kossmann, 79, suffered a heart attack on a Long Island Rail Road train that had not yet departed Penn Station on April 3, 2003. When MTA police arrived, the retired accounting executive had no pulse.
