Dzhokhar Tsarnaev: Still in Serious Condition, Not Mirandized

April 20, 2013

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the 19-year-old suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing suspect captured last night, remains in serious condition as of this morning.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, died in a gunfight with police early Friday morning, after which his younger sibling escaped.
