Devilishly Good Cheese

The only thing better than cheese just might be warm and bubbly cheese. Over at Bon Appétit, they're celebrating this Deviled Cheese Toast for Appetizer Tuesdays, and we have to join the party. This recipe is like ooey-gooey pimiento cheese on bread. Cheddar, mayo, chopped dill pickles and pimientos, and hot sauce are slathered on country bread and broiled to hot and bubbly perfection. BA isn't the only one with cheese on the brain. Over at the Community Table, cheese is inspiring the bloggers too. My Daughter's Apron shares her recipe for Gouda Stuffed Mini Meatloafs while Feast on the Cheap livens up a Spring Frittata with asparagus, caramelized onions, and sharp cheddar.
