Officials: Scottsdale scheme suspect rejailed

A Scottsdale man accused of defrauding 800 victims of more than $10 million a year ago is in federal custody facing additional charges that he continued seeking up-front fees from customers in Australia while out on bail. Andrew Bogdanoff, 66, founder and chairman of Remington Capital, was jailed Thursday in Philadelphia after a federal court ruling that he violated the terms of his pretrial release.
