Rehab-pants startup gets incubator boost

Kimberly Cox hatched the idea for her business in 2010, and earlier this month, her startup company made its first sale. Cox's business, Hildeez, manufactures rehabilitation pants to help patients who have recently had hip- or knee-replacement surgery. The idea is to provide patients with a garment more modest than the open-backed hospital gowns.
