Tight-knit Bronx waterfront community still reeling from Hurricane Sandy

Charles (Charlie) Vaiciunas' yard has become a metaphor for his last days. The modest bungalow in Harding Park, on the banks of the Long Island Sound, felt the wrath of Hurricane Sandy--it flooded the house, ripped a hole in the roof and left debris strewn in the yard.
