Skinny Margarita

For many of us, Cinco de Mayo means one thing - margaritas.  This low calorie version let's you enjoy this cocktail without worrying about the calories.  You can substitute the frozen grapes with whatever fruit is in season.  The frozen fruit does double duty; keeps your drink cool and adds flavor to your cocktail.

Mexican Margarita

Ingredients:

Handful of frozen grapes
Skinnygirl Sweet ‘n Tart Grapefruit Margarita
Sugar or Splenda for rim
Lime garnish (optional)

Preparation:

Coat the rim of a margarita glass with sugar
Pour Skinnygirl Sweet ‘n Tart Grapefruit Margarita over frozen grapes
Garnish with a lime (optional)
Enjoy!
