Whole Wheat Focaccia
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 cups luke warm water
- 2 tbsps olive oil, plus 1-2 tbsps for drizzling
- Approx. 2 cups (250 grams) whole wheat flour
- Approx. 1 3/4 cups (200 to 220 grams) unbleached all purpose flour or bread flour
- 1 3/4 tsps salt
