Cheating the system at Walt Disney World

What would you do to avoid standing in line at a theme park?

A story in today's New York Post says that wealthy Manhattan moms are hiring handicapped tour guides so their kids can skip the lines at Walt Disney World. It says that visitors in wheelchairs and motorized scooters can essentially cut everyone, and this is their ticket to the front of the line. It's a very simplified and not entirely accurate description.
