Helping Lunch Survive a Commute

A bus, two subways, and a 15-minute walk took their toll on my lunch today. I'd packed homemade soup in a plastic deli container, but it made a bold bid for freedom halfway to the office. Luckily I'd wrapped the container in a plastic bag, so the soupy mess didn't get too far. I've tried all types of tubs, from today's simple plastic one to fancy varieties with high-tech hinges. And I'm still searching for a reliable lunch transporter. We've some colorful, inventive lunchbox choices here, but I'm looking for recommendations that have served you well. (And once that's taken care of, I might just have to invest in a monkey insulated lunch bag.) How do you carry lunch to work without spills or squashes?
