Steaming Hot Corn--Without The Silk! by Carole Lee de Jong

Summer is almost here, and there is lots of corn at the stores. It's one of my favorite summer vegetables.

I love corn on the grill, but it's been raining so much. I like it boiled too, but we don't alway have the time or want to clean up the mess.

So what do we do?

We use our microwave!
