`One Greenway? project looks to add 362 units

Developers today said they?re moving forward on a pair of apartment and condo buildings on the border between Chinatown and the Rose Kennedy Greenway, unveiling a new name ? ?One Greenway.?

The project ? slated for the corner of Kneeland and Hudson streets ? consists of two buildings totaling 362 residential units. One is a 312-unit North Building that includes 95 affordable rentals. The South Building will consist of 50 affordable condos.

Sitting in between the two buildings is a one-third acre open space.
