Painting Ceramic Tile - How To

To paint ceramic tile that will not be wet do the following: paint will not stick to a shiny surface so we need to remove the shine. With a mild abrasive cleaner clean the tiles as aggressively as you can. This will get rid of some of the shine. At this point also remove and loose grout, broken tiles or anything else that may deteriorate or otherwise harm the paint job. Now remove the rest of the shine with an orbital sander and fine sandpaper.
