Labor day: Garlic lemon potato salad

You will find no mayonnaise, hard-boiled eggs or onions in this potato salad.  This is a light potato with garlic and lemon for flavor.  This is a quick and easy recipe for a cook out or picnic. This potato salad will go great with Grilled Saucy Pork Chops and Grilled Ribeye Steaks.  Garlic-Lemon Potato Salad Ingredients 12 medium size red potatoes (unpeeled) 1/4 c. olive oil 3 garlic cloves (crushed) 3 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. black pepper Directions Boil potatoes until tender, but still firm.  Let cool until just warm and then slice.  While still...
