South Coast Plaza has officially turned over a new dining leaf. First it was Charlie Palmer at Bloomingdale's, then AnQi by Crustacean, and now it's Seasons 52, a popular East Coast chain filling the culinary void left at the South end of the mall that the Clubhouse (recently shuttered) had failed to fulfill. Seasons 52, entitled a "fresh grill", focuses on strictly seasonal ingredients for preparing healthful dishes, none of which are said to exceed 475 calories a piece.
