International hotel group Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts is continuing to expand in China, with the Swissôtel Changsha due to open in 2014. The luxury hotel will feature 400 spacious guestrooms, five restaurants and bars, over 21,500 square feet of meeting and banqueting space and recreational facilities including a Pürovel Spa.
