Enrique Olvera is without a doubt one of the best chefs in Mexico today, with his flagship restaurant Pujol ranked number 20 on the San Pellegrino list of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants. More recently, he opened an eatery in New York City's Flatiron District called Cosme that’s been getting rave reviews and has several other outposts across Mexico. Our favorite one is definitely Moxi, which is situated in the beautiful San Miguel de Allende city (a UNESCO World Heritage Site).
