Crystal Cruises Reports Highest Ever Revenue Week

The luxury cruise line Crystal Cruises ended February on a brisk note, reporting that it had achieved its highest ever weekly revenue. Crystal had previously published that its fares would be good through February 28, 2012; however, it extended the BookNow deadline to February 29, which resulted in an influx of bookings. On March 1, the company raised fees from $200 to $1,000 per couple on 19 of its cruises for 2012 and 2013. The deluxe Book Now promotion gives travelers a two-month window of opportunity to save on cruises.
