The structure which was officially introduced to the world on Monday is now Bangkok's tallest skyscraper. A new $2 billion Ritz-Carlton community in Paradise Valley was just approved by the town council and though it won’t even break ground until the spring, we already can’t wait to see what the brand does with the 122-acre plot of land. According to AZ Big Media, the plan includes a 352,000-square-foot hotel with 200 rooms, retail opportunities, 94 villas up to 3,000 square feet and 45 single-family homes that will be up to 6,000 square feet.
