$17.8M Little Hawkins Island Resort Home is Jam-Packed With Customized Goodies

For $17.8 million, you can pretty much start your very own community by purchasing the three-acre Little Hawkins Island in Sea Island, Georgia. The homes were built by previous owner Del Masters (a Silicon Valley tech entrepreneur), who wanted his own private resort to relax with his friends and family. Overall, from planning to interior decorating, the property took seven years to complete and includes four buildings: The Residence, two guest cottages and The Club (which includes a gym and a club room with a bar).
