Luxury Car News: If you are able to afford a Maserati GranTurismo, why not buy it? Apparently, that is exactly what those capable of doing so in the U.S. have already done. According to a report filed this week by Bloomberg, Maserati said that the new GranTurismo Convertible model is sold out in the U.S. and that waiting lists are being formed.
