The hotel near the Imperial Palace has 10 new restaurants and bars with cuisine that ranges from Japanese and Chinese to French fare. The new luxury hotel, which opens May 17, 2012, has 290 rooms available for guests that have been placed in 12 separate categories. "There is only one Tokyo, and there will only be one experience like the Palace Hotel," said Takashi Kobayashi, the president of the Palace Hotel Tokyo.
