The recently opened Allegretto Vineyard Resort in Paso Robles is making wine tasting a whole lot easier. Just a quick hour-long flight from San Francisco, the luxury hotel sits on 20 acres that feature 171 European-inspired rooms and suites, a spa, a 12,000-square-foot courtyard, the Cello Ristorante & Bar, a ballroom and an Abbey (which is a multi-use French-inspired chapel).
