The menu includes a range of fondue-style offerings, including aged beef tenderloin, lobster tail, shrimp, scallops, and chicken breast. Cheese courses include melted combinations of Iowa Maytag blue cheese, Aged Wisconsin Swiss, Canadian Black Diamond and Italian Bel Pease, among others. The dessert courses, served with an array of sweets, cake, and fruit, include chocolates flamed with orange liqueur. In total, Geja’s Café offers over 20 different fondue entrees as well as an intimate wine cellar atmosphere with a bevy of fine wines to select from.
