Airship Ventures is based on the mutual love of aviation from husband and wife team Brian and Alexandra (Alex) Hall. From his first ride in a commercially operated Zeppelin in Germany, the dream of owning his own Zeppelin was born and Brian brought the joy of riding in a high-flying Zeppelin to the Bay Area.
Finally launching in 2007, Airship ventures became the first Zeppelin in America in 70 years. Since its early stages, Airship Ventures has been helping people make their own Zeppelin dreams come true, as they celebrate special occasions and milestones. Each time the Zeppelin goes up, a new story is born and the staff at Airship Ventures enjoy learning and sharing them all, from a wedding anniversary or proposal, cancer survivor, birthday or promotion.
Airship Ventures continues to grow, amazing people with its service-oriented staff and "wow" experience. The Airship Ventures Zeppelin will dazzle guests with luxurious "flight-seeing tours," from select Bay Area airports and its home base at Moffett Field. Airship Ventures has plans to dazzle guests with a variety of itineraries that give a better than a birds-eye view of Northern California's amazing scenery, including: South Bay/Silicon Valley, San Francisco skyline, Sonoma/Napa Valley wine country, and Monterey/Big Sur.
Airship Ventures offers a variety of flight options and specials in addition to custom routes and destinations, bringing back the luxury of Zeppelin flying.
As Airship Ventures continues to grow, the company hopes to make a second Zeppelin available for people on the East Coast to enjoy.
