Dune is driven by "ingredients, seasonality and love." They specialize in seafood and only buy from purveyors that deliver six days a week to ensure freshness. Dune's motto is that they are only as good as the last meal served.

The menu features a raw bar, fresh Pacific Rim-inspired selections, and everything from ceviche to steak. The interior reminds diners of a seaside town somewhere slightly more tropical for a completely experience of the sea.
