Comedian Brian Regan stopped by The South Shore Music Circus this past weekend to provide some side-splitting comedy from his new album, "All By Myself," which was released on December 7. He is currently on tour promoting the album along with some of his classic comedy routines, including his famous "you too."
Brian Regan has made a name for himself in the comedy business as one of the few comedians who does not swear or use vulgar language during his stand-up routine. While some critics may think that may be a difficult feat, Regan pulls it off without a hitch, selling out theaters nationwide for the past six years. He has made the rare, yet successful, transition from comedy clubs to theaters without the exposure of his own TV show or film. In September 2008, Regan starred in his second hour-long Comedy Central special, "The Epitome of Hyperbole," which was released on DVD that same month.
Since he first hit the stage, he has been providing audience members with hilariously relatable material, which attributes to his continuing success. His show pokes fun at embarrassing situations (and dealing with the aftermath) such as walking through a cobweb, getting off an elevator on the wrong floor and trying to use a key card to gain entry to your hotel room only to find out the magnetic strip no longer works.
He has also appeared on "The Late Show with David Letterman" and "Late Night with Conan O'Brien." Be sure to check out his tour dates for a show near you. You'll be glad you did. Go to BrianRegan.com for more information.
