To fit the towering heights of the peak it shares a name with, Everest places itself on the 40th floor of the Chicago Stock Exchange overlooking The Loop. Bronze sculptures are the centerpiece of each table, sharing space with dishes prepared by Chef Joho.
The restaurant's dedication to art is present on the walls as it is on the plates, as the chef has chosen four artists to feature throughout the dining rooms. The food is known for its quality blend of working class and aristocratic ingredients.
