Chicago Dining: To fit the towering heights of the peak it shares a name with, Everest places itself on the 40th floor of the Chicago Stock Exchange overlooking The Loop. Bronze sculptures are the centerpiece of each table, sharing space with dishes prepared by Chef Joho.
