According to the National Marine Manufacturers Association, the average boater spends less than thirty days on the water per year, but they spend five times that amount cleaning, maintaining and repairing their boat. Fractional owners also have the option to lease back unused time to generate income.

SharedYachts current inventory includes cruising and fishing yachts ranging in size from 33 to 51 feet. Expansion plans include the addition of sailing yachts in the near future.
