Not your average running event, San Diego's fun-filled Rock and Roll Marathon follows a route lined with live bands, cheerleaders and themed water stations. Participants start at 6th Avenue & Palm Street in downtown San Diego.

A fundraising event which includes a Health & Fitness Expo and a half marathon, the marathon raises funds for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team in Training.
