The Concourse Exhibition Center's Vintage Fashion Expo is held twice a year, in March and September. Around 75 dealers display clothes ranging from Victorian dress through the Roaring Twenties and the bell-bottomed Seventies to modern retro styles.
San Francisco's Vintage Fashion Expo features many international designers, including Halston, Dior, Issey Miyake and Azzedine Alaia, attracting fashion industry representatives looking for inspiration, costume and set designers and the occasional celebrity. Although there are some men's clothes on offer, the fashion is mainly female.
